    The employees there seem very nice. Its not like you just walk in there though. There is a security guard at the door. He will tell you whether you can go in or not. Just state your business. He may just direct you to the phone area. Like a self service. Ask questions, make appointment. etc. I think they only see people on certain days. Best to check. You go in from Quail Lake's Drive., (office complex). Go straight back. It's the Big building that backs right up to Interstate 5 freeway.
