- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I've been a customer of Union Bank for 16 years, never had a problem, until moved to Stockton. The Tellers are pleasant. But there is never enough Tellers. The other staff never steps up, most times I have a 20 minute wait or longer. With one or two tellers, they shouldn't be expected to help their customer with account problems. There's plenty of other staff that should be helping with those type of issues. Because I've been there several times, waited 20+ minutes, and the teller is helping an customer with their account issues.By Jaydene Scissons, May 17, 2017
