- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆Bank was very helpful and customer service was good until I refinance my auto loan. I experience unusual hardships. My car was stolen and a pay off amount was sent to the bank twice over a month span and they are still telling me it hasn't been received. I watched one customer at the window for 30 minutes; what they could possibly have been doing all that time is a mystery.
