- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Honestly it's not about the wait time yes you can be here for hours but I work in customer service to and the customer service here is very very very bad I wish I could rate it a zero because the woman in the front is supposed to be helping people and she is rude as hell. They talk to you like you're not a human at all like their way above you. Everyone tells me to go to the Lodi or Manteca one but why should I if Stockton is my city. I'm not saying all the workers are rude but at least change the women who are in the front checking you in because every time I come there's a problem but when I fix what I need to fix with the workers at the other stations they are perfectly friendly and considerate it's just the people at the Check in line that need to go!!!!By elyssa aguon, May 30, 2017
- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I am giving one star just because I have to in order to comment. Just don't come to this dmv. People are rude. They don't like their job. They don't have patience. You there for hours. Big lines of people. The employees take breaks when ever and when they suppose to work they still chat with other employees mean while people are waiting. They're not organize.
